hipping Policy

All KeneishaSays Merch items are made to order, meaning your product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Time

USA: 3–7 business days after shipping. International: 7–21 business days after shipping.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or high demand. If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, change of mind, or incorrect address entered by the customer.

Damaged/Misprinted/Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you may qualify for a free replacement or refund. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo.

Sizing Policy

Review the size chart before ordering. We cannot offer exchanges for sizing. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering and we’ll help you choose.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we will assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
