All KeneishaSays Merch items are made to order, meaning your product is created specifically for you after your order is placed. |

Processing Time |
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. |

Shipping Time |
USA: 3–7 business days after shipping. International: 7–21 business days after shipping. |

Tracking |
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. |

Shipping Delays |
Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or high demand. If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us. |

Returns & Refunds |
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, change of mind, or incorrect address entered by the customer. |

Damaged/Misprinted/Incorrect Items |
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you may qualify for a free replacement or refund. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. |

Sizing Policy |
Review the size chart before ordering. We cannot offer exchanges for sizing. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering and we’ll help you choose. |

Lost Packages |
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still can’t locate it, email us and we will assist. |

Incorrect Address |
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. |
